O2O Inc welcomes 2021 with a new Voice Chatbot service for Thai people residing in Korea.
As there has been an increasing number of foreign residents in Korea, where Thai ranks one of the top nationalities, we offer a handy and convenient solution where Thais can talk to Google Assistant to obtain important information about living in Korea.
The App name is "Sabai Jai Yoo Kaolee" (คุยกับสบายใจอยู่เกาหลี) which can be translated as convenient living in Korea (편안한 한국 생활). This Voice Chatbot offers information ranging from immigration checks and visa application, social welfare, and useful tips for Korean lifestyle, including health and emergency hotlines. This is our first service to operate in foreign language apart from English. We believe that this voice-conversational interface in local language can enhance user experience in this new era of AI and digital information service.
How-to-Use:
Users get connected to Google Assistant on their personal devices. Users access the app by simply saying “คุยกับสบายใจอยู่เกาหลี” to Google Assistant. Four main categories are offered – (1) Immigration check; (2) Social welfare; (3) Everyday life; (4) Health. Users can navigate the information they are interested in.This creative, novel user interface aims to allow users to access information quickly and conveniently access information, especially when in urgent need for help. We truly hope that the App will be helpful for many Thais and will more or less help improving their living quality in Korea.
